Ingredients

  1. 4Egg Yolks
  2. 1 CupWhite Sugar
  3. 1/2 TbspVanilla Extract
  4. 3 TbspSalted Butter
  5. 2 1/2 CupsHeavy Whipping Cream
  6. 1/2 CupMilk
  7. 1/2 CupCorn Starch

Cooking Instructions

    To make the vanilla custard, add half of the heavy whipping cream and sugar to a pot, then bring it to a simmer over medium-high heat. In a small bowl, place corn starch, egg yolks, vanilla extract and the rest of the milk and the heavy whipping cream. Mix well over low heat until thickened.

    Then add unsalted butter into the custard and mix well.

    Keep it refrigerated until the vanilla custard cream is completely chilled.
