Zarda

#PAKISTANKAMEETHA

Zarda is a traditional boiled sweet rice dish, with (orange/yellow ) food coloring and flavoured with cardamoms & nuts
Zarda is typically served after a meal. It’s a popular dessert on special occasions such as weddings, get togethers.
When I was too young I don’t like Zarda much, as a child chocolate dessert, cakes donuts always attract me instead of desi traditional meetha but after I like it and made it too Bcz my hubby is desi food lover
My family love to eat Zarda after Biryani
My mother in law cooked best Zarda in our family
