Wash Bajara &Mong daal twice and soak it in the water for 2 hrs.

Heat the ghee in a pressure cooker, add the cumin seed, let it crackle,then add asafoetida powderand ginger.

Then add the bajra and soaked moong dal and saute it for 2 more mins.

Add water and salt.Mix it well and boil.

After boiling cover the pressure cooker with lid and put on whistle and cook it for 3 whistles.

Once the pressure released from the pressure cooker automatically, open the lid and mix it well with ladle.

Drizzle some more ghee on the top and it's ready to serve.
