Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 and 1/2 cup chopped methi leaves
  • 1/3 cupboiled sweet corn
  • 1medium potato finely chopped
  • 2 tbspchopped onion
  • 1 tspminced garlic
  • 2 tbspchopped tomatoes
  • 1/3 tspmustard seeds
  • 1red chilli broken into two
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/3 cupmilk
  • 2 tbspmustard oil

    In a kadhai heat oil and add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Then add red chilli and chopped onions and garlic.

    Saute for 2 - 3 minutes in medium flame or till onion is translucent.
    Now add boiled potato, corn, and chopped tomatoes. Saute for 2 minutes till all water evaporates.

    Then add chopped methi saag, salt and milk. Cook in medium flame till the methi saag is soft.
    Serve hot with rice/roti or paranthas.
