  • 2 tbspFresh Malai
  • 4 slicebread
  • To tastesalt
  • To tastered chilli powder
  • As neededghee

Steps

    Take a bread slice and spread the malai

  2. 2

    Sprinkle the salt, red chilli powder and cover it with another slice

  3. 3

    Heat the tava

  4. 4

    Apply ghee and roast it from both side

  5. 5

    Serve it
