Steps

Soaked black gram pulses for 7-8 hours. Then strain it.

Now make a paste of dal adding green chillies, red chillies, garlic and 2-3 tbsp of water.

Add crushed coriander seeds, salt and grated ginger. Mix it well. (Fluffy)

Put oil in kadhai on high flame. Make dal vadas.

Dal vada is ready to serve.
