Ingredients

  1. Beef boneless 1/2 kg(cut into small cubes
  2. Ginger 1 tsp Garlic 1 tsp
  3. Salt 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder 1 tsp Papaya or Papita 2 tbsp
  5. Onion 1 (boiled and blended)
  6. Chat masala 1 tsp Yogurt 1/2 cup
  7. Charcoal or koila for dum

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients and leave it for 4 hour to marinade.

  2. 2

    Then in a pot add little bit of water in the beef and cook it until meat is tender

  3. 3

    Then add 3 table spoon of oil and cook for 10 more minutes or until the beef leaves oil.

  4. 4

    Put the charcoal over medium flame, wait until the coal is fully red.

  5. 5

    Meanwhile place the beef in a metal pan. Make a well in the center. Put a small piece of aluminum foil in it.

  6. 6

    Place the burned coal over it and put 2-3 drops of oil on it. Cover it for 5 minutes.

  7. 7

    Garnish with fresh corrindr
