For poori take maida, salt, oil and mix it gently.

Mix a little water and make a dough.

Smoothen all the balls by rolling in between your palm.

Make pooris and fry them on medium heat.

For alu bhaja cut potatoes small pieces of potatoes cover with haldi and salt.heat the oil.

Add potato slices, fry them on oil till golden brown. once potatoes are cooked crisp and soft inside turn off the flame and transfer in a bowl.

Serve hot poori and alu bhaja.
