Ingredients

  • as neededWheat flour dough
  • 2 tbspsesame seeds
  • For the fillings
  • 2 tbspkasoori methi
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspamchoor( dry mango) powder
  • 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  • 1/4 tspajwain ( carrom seeds)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients for fillings in a bowl
    Crush kasoori methi with hands
    You can dry roast them on a hot pan for extra flavor too.

  2. 2

    Now pinch the dough and roll a little
    Apply ghee and place 2 tbsp fillings on that
    Hold the edges and make a ball again.

  3. 3

    Now pat a little with hands making it flat.

  4. 4

    Spread sesame seeds on the working platform and pat the stuffed dough ball on it so that sesame seeds can stick to it.

  5. 5

    Now roll it big like parantha

    Make pan or griddle hot and place the parantha on it.

  6. 6

    Apply ghee and roast on both the sides

  7. 7

    Enjoy it hot with butter or pickle
