Whip cream with sugar powder.

Chop guava remove all seeds and churn. Add milk make a puree of 2 guavas and chop another one in small pieces n remove all seeds.

Now mix guava puree with whipped cream drop of red colour red chilli powder and rock salt. Add guava small pieces. Mix well. Transfer into an airtight container and put in a freezer for 7-8 hours. Check it after 2 hours. If you get bubbles churn again and freeze for 6-7 hours.

Yummy delicious tasty Red Guava Icecream is ready to serve Sprinkle red chilli powder. Garnish with Guava and mint leaves.
