First take wheat flour and mix salt and one tbsp oil and mix well.Now add water and make soft dough and let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
in a frying pan heat oil and fry jeera,asafotida,jeera and salt.cook for10minutes.take it out mix ginger paste and grind it and make a smooth mixure.stuffing is ready. - 2
Now make small small circle frok dough and stuff with peas stuffing.close it and make roll it to kachuri size.
heat the oil and fry all the kachories.serve with alor dam.
