  • ground pork
  • tofu skin
  • shiitake mushrooms
  • cilantro
  • whole egg
  • seasoning
  • soy sauce
  • white pepper
  • salt
  • 1little rice wine

    First, mix the ground pork a bit 🤣, then finely chop all the ingredients and mix them together. Cut the tofu skin in half first, otherwise, it will be too large. (When wrapping, it might not stick well, so use a generous amount of filling to help it stick better and not open up.)

    Heat some lard in a pan, add the potstickers, and fry them slightly. Then add a little water, cover with a lid, and let them steam for a bit (just like making potstickers outside). Once the water has evaporated, they're ready to be served. Enjoy!
