Ingredients

  1. 100 gramswheat flour
  2. 4Onions finely chopped
  3. 1/2 cupfresh coriander finely.chopped
  4. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  5. as per tastesalt
  6. as requiredOil / ghee for.roasting
  7. 1 bowlcurd

    Firstly knead the roti type dough and keep ot aside for 10 minutes Meanwhile prepare the stuffing.

    Now take finely chopped onion and coriander leaves in A bowl sprinkle some salt and red chiili powder as per taste.

    Now roll the roti then sprinkle some wheat flour on it and then spread the stuffing. Close the paratha, again roll it.

    Now heat a flat pan and roast the paratha on both sides and keep applying ghee as required. Serve hot with curd or pickle.
