John dory fillet al cartoccio 🎄

It took me a while to find the English translation for this fish! And I'm not sure it's correct! This was our Boxing Day second course. It would work with any kind of white fish if you can't find this one and I must say the sauce is amazing! Really really tasty. I served it with asparagus but any veg or salad would be lovely #festivecookbook2 #onerecipeonetree #Italian #fish #lunch #dinner #mainmeal

Wash and dry fish. Place on baking paper. Add sauce on top
- 3
Wrap up like a parcel and leave in fridge for an hour. Preheat oven to 180 and bake for 15 minutes. Serve in the paper and enjoy with any veg or salad 😀
