Mix all the ingredients for making dough and make a smooth dough.

In a mixing bowl add jaggery, sesame seeds, fennel seeds, pistachio magaj and cardamom and add 1 tbsp desi ghee and mix thoroughly.

Make a small ball of dough and roll with the help of rolling pin and put jaggery mixture on it. Bring the edges to the centre and flap the mixture.

Now roll it again.

Heat griddle and brush with a little cooking oil and put paratha on it and roast on medium flame.

Flip the side and roast from other side also.

Now fry from both sides.

Serve hot with fresh malai or cream.
