In a bowl mix together mince (qeema), butter, crushed red chilli,crushed coriander seeds, crushed zeera,

Crushed pomegranate seeds, makayi flour, 2 eggs fry chopped, chopped onion, green chilli chopped,

Coriander leaves chopped, salt,gàram masala,tomatoes, egg 1 UN cook, and mix well.

Keep aside for 1 hour,shape into big kababs, shallow fry in oil /ghee,and fix 1slice of tomato onto each kabab before frying. Fry till light golden in colour.
