Lauki chane daal ki sabji

Pressure cook the bottle gourd and chane ki dal, 3 whistles and simmer for 5 minutes.

Take oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to it. Heat the pan.

Chop the green chilli and garlic cloves. When the mustard seeds crackles add them to the pan.

When the rawness of garlic gets removed add the dry spices to the pan.

Add little water and then add the boiled chane ki dal and bottle gourd to the pan.

Mix it properly and cook for 10 minutes on sim flame. Serve the yummy sabji with roti, rice or paratha.
