Shrimp Toasties
This one goes back to the 70's. Great to prepare the day before those crazy holidays.

Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

Split english muffins apart. Put mixture on top of english muffins and place in freezer until frozen (2 hours).

Cut them into quarters while still in frozen. Freeze in freezer bag until ready to serve.

Broil until golden brown (5 minutes).
