Ingredients

  1. 4 cansartichokes, drained
  2. 2 cupsbread crumbs, seasoned
  3. 1 cupfresh romano cheese, grated
  4. 1/2 cupolive oil
  5. 4garlic cloves, crushed
  6. 1/2 cupparsley
  7. 1 tspdried basil
  8. 1 canchicken broth
  9. 2 tbsmelted butter
  10. 2 Tbslemon juice
  11. 1 1/2 tspred pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut artichokes and toss in olive oil and garlic

  2. 2

    Mix in bread crumbs, cheese, and seasonings in a deep casserole dish (2 inch deep)

  3. 3

    Add broth, butter, lemon, and red pepper over casserole

  4. 4

    Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees uncovered.
