Ingredients

  1. 6 clovesGarlic
  2. 1 BunchDhania
  3. Potatoes
  4. Bhajia flour
  5. Deep frying oil
  6. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash Dhania and cut into small pieces

  2. 2

    Peel Garlic,clean n crush it

  3. 3

    Peel potatoes,clean,slice them into nice round pieces n dry using a paper towel

  4. 4

    Make a paste using all the ingredients

  5. 5

    Heat oil,then deep the potatoes into the paste then into the hot oil n let it cook till golden or to your preference

  6. 6

    Once cooked serve with salad,
