Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 8big potatoes
  3. 1and a half cup water
  4. 1/2 tbsptumeric powder
  5. 1generous bunch of dhania
  6. 2medium sized onions
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 6 clovesgarlic
  9. Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Have all your ingredients ready to ensure nothing is missing

    Peel your potatoes and slice them into disc round shapes, chop onions and dhania and crush your garlic

    Place your flour in a clean bowl, and add any spice of your choice then add water

    Add garlic and stir well

  5. 5

    Add onions and dhania and stir to get a thick paste

  6. 6

    Add your potatoes a thick paste ensures you have a nice coating

  7. 7

    Deep fry in cooking oil

  8. 8

    Serve
