  1. 1 cupfinely chopped vegetables seasonal
  2. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  3. 1 tbspgreen chilli chopped
  4. 1 tbspcorn flour
  5. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  6. 1 tbspketchup
  7. 1 tbspvinegar
  8. someSome fried noodles for garnish
  9. 2 tbspbutter

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add all sauces like soya sauce, ketchup, vinegar, red chilli sauce mix all together.

    In a pan add butter and add sauces mixture and stir 2 minutes and keep aside.

    In a kadhai add butter add ginger garlic paste, green chilli chopped stir 1 minutes add chopped vegetables stir again.

    Add 2 glasses of water and salt and black pepper powder.

  5. 5

    Add cornflour salary with 1/2 cup of water and stir continuously cook 2 minutes now add sauce still cook mix well and serve hot and sour soup garnish with spring onion

  6. 6

    Add fried noodles over it.
