Ingredients

  • 2 kgsaag chopped
  • 2 bunchspinach leaves chopped
  • 1 bunchfenugreek leaves chopped
  • 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 10-12green chilli
  • To tastesalt
  • As neededmaize flour
  • As neededdesi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash all the saag take a cooker add saag,ginger garlic paste,onion,green chilli,salt and cover with lid and cook for 5 mints.

  2. 2

    After that open the lid and add maize flour and blend it with blender.

  3. 3

    Now add desi ghee and cook for 10 mints at medium flame.

  4. 4

    Serve in bowl add desi ghee.
