  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  5. 4 tbspwater
  6. Other Ingredients:
  7. 1 glasswater for steaming
  8. 1/2lemon piece
  9. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    In bowl add Rava, curd, baking soda, salt and water if required mix well keep aside for 5 min.

    Other side add water and lemon piece in idli cooker boil it. Grease the idli mould with some oil. Now mix the idli batter again then pour batter with the help of spoon in idli mould keep mould in cooker close lid steam idli till ready.

    Serve with sambhar and chutney.
