2 kgsaag chopped
2 bunchspinach leaves chopped
1 bunchfenugreek leaves chopped
2 tspGinger garlic paste
10-12green chilli
To tastesalt
As neededmaize flour
As neededdesi ghee

Steps

Wash all the saag take a cooker add saag,ginger garlic paste,onion,green chilli,salt and cover with lid and cook for 5 mints.

After that open the lid and add maize flour and blend it with blender.

Now add desi ghee and cook for 10 mints at medium flame.

Serve in bowl add desi ghee.
