Ingredients

multiple
  • Dry
  • 1.5 cupsflour
  • 3.5 teaspoonsbaking powder
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1.25 tablespoonsgranulated sugar
  • Wet
  • 2eggs (add a yolk if feeling sexy)
  • 3 tablespoonsmelted butter
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla or spiced rum
  • 1.25 cupsmilk
  • Dashgood honey
  • Dashcinnamon (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the dry stuff up in a bowl. Make a well for the wet stuff.

  2. 2

    Whisk the wet stuff up in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Pour the wet stuff in to the dry stuff bowl. Whisk around. Leave a little lumpy. Sniff.

  4. 4

    Butter up the pan and cook it. I'm gonna assume you can already make a pancake.
