2Eggs –
1/2 tspVanilla essence –
1 cupIcing sugar –
1 tspBaking powder –
100 gButter –
2 tbspCoco powder –
For topping
100 gmCooking chocolate –
1/4 cupCream –

In a bowl put butter and sugar, beat with electric beater until becomes cream.
Take another bowl and strain flour, coco powder and baking powder.
Now add eggs one by one with 1 tbsp of dry mixture and beat well.
Then add vanilla essence and beat.
Now add remaining dry mixture, mix well.

Transfer this mixture in 8” square greased cake pan and bake in Pre heated oven on 180ºC, 350ºF and Gas Mark 4 for 15 to 18 minutes.
When it’s done, let It cool down.
Then decorate with icing and Cut into square.

For Topping: Take a pan, add cream and chocolate, cook on double boiler until it melts.
Apply on brownies and Serve and Enjoy with Coffee.

Note: You can decorate, as u like to. I dust Icing sugar and Apple jelly...!
