  • 1 Cupchopped walnuts

  1. 1

    Sub sy phly ak bartan mein chenni daly usko melt kary bilkul low flame par.

    Jub chenni achi tarha melt ho jaye or iska colour halka sa brown ho jaye tb is mein butter add kary or mixed kary.

    Ab is mein chopped walnuts add kary or achi tarha mixed kar ke flame ko off kar dy or isko dishout kar ke thanda kar lay.

    Jub ye achi tarha thanda ho jaye tb isko ak ziplock bag mein dal kar achi tarha piece lay or iska crunch ready kar lay.

    Ab ap marry biscuits ko grind kar ke iska powder bana lay ye biscuits easly har jaga mil jaty hai agr na ho to koi sa b biscuits lay sakty hai without cream wala.

    Ab is marry biscuits say ap 4 tablespoon powder lay us mein thora sa doodh dal kar uska gara sa paste bana lay.

    Is ke baad ak bartan mein doodh daly usko achi tarha boil kar lay jasy normally hum ghr mein doodh boil karty hai wasy he boil kar lay or thora sa gara kar lay.

    Jub doodh achi tarha boil ho jaye to halka sa gara ho jaye tb is mein ye biscuits wala better add kar ke achi tarha whisk kary taky koi lumps na rahy.

    Is ke baad is mein vanilla essence add kar dy or medium to low flame par aram sy pakny dy 5 mint tak.

  10. 10

    5 mint ke baad flame ko off kardy or isko thora sa thanda kar lay.

  11. 11

    Thora sa thanda karny ke baad ap is mein doodh wali malai add kary or achi tarha mixed kar lay.

  12. 12

    Ab ap isko room temperature par achi tarha thanda kar lay or is ke baad isko airtight container mein dal kar overnight freeze kardy.

  13. 13

    Overnight freeze karny ke baad ap is sari icecream ko achi tarha grind kar lay.

  14. 14

    Ab issi airtight container mein ak layer icecream ki lagai or uper caremal crunch daly phr icecream daly or phir crunch issi tarha sari icecream pori kar lay or isko 6-8 hour ke liye freeze kar dy.

  15. 15

    6-8 hour ke baad ap icecream ko dishout kar lay or uper caremal crunch dal kar enjoy kry.

  16. 16

    Thand mein thandi thandi icecream ready to serve enjoy kary.
