Cheese burst dosa rolls

Make cheese sauce by adding shredded cheese,butter and hot milk..keep stiring till the cheese and butter melts..keep aside

Make gren chutney by adding coriander leaves,green chilli,jeera,garlic clove..make a paste and keep aside

Make shezwan sauce by adding shezwan sauce, tomato ketchup and mayonise..mix together and keep aside

Take dosa batter..heat up the pan make sure the pan is heated up fully..spread the batter as shown in the picture..now add little butter on top, add chopped onion,chopped green bell pepper,chopped tomato,little shewan sauce,little green chutney,little tomato ketchup and little mayonise now add salt and black pepper powder mix well spread it on dosa..now sprinkle the cheese sauce and some shredded cheese, also add lays cream and onion flavoured chips..cut into 3 to 4 parts and roll it

Crushed the chips randomly

Roll the dosas and take our in the serving plate..garnish with some shredded cheese, some lays chips and sprinkle the cheese sauce and shezwan chutney on top and serve hot..ready..
