Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz (500 g)mascarpone cheese
  • 2 cups (500 g)heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup (110 g)sugar
  • 1 cupmilk and coffee mixed together
  • piecespanettone or pandoro

Steps

  1. 1

    To make the cream, whip the heavy cream, then add the mascarpone, sugar, and milk-coffee mixture. Mix until you get a thick, smooth cream.

  2. 2

    Cut the pandoro into small pieces and use them to make two layers of tiramisu in a small bowl or cup. Drizzle with a teaspoon of coffee, but don’t soak too much.

  3. 3

    Serve with a dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder.
