Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupGram flour
  • 2 spoonsriceflour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 spoonasafoetida
  • 2 pinchescooking soda(optional)
  • 1 spoonchilli powder
  • 3 pinchesturmeric powder
  • 8bhajji Mirchi
  • 8Cheese slice /cubes
  • 1/4 litreOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Gram flour, turmeric powder, chilli powder, asafoetida, salt, rice flour, soda and add water and mix. Bhajji batter ready.

  2. 2

    Take bhajji mirchi, One side cut, and remove the seeds. Stuffed cheese and dip the batter and deep fry it.

  3. 3

    Serve with ketchup.
