Steps

Mix ingredients except sugar, ghee and cardamom and make a dough, allow to rest for two hours. Make small balls.

Mix sugar and cardamom in the balls close and roll it using roller.

Bake on tawa or reverse of Kadhai by greasing ghee, till it is baked. Transfer to tray. Can be eaten with milk, ghee.
