  2. 1 tablespoonSemolina/suji
  3. 1/2 cupGhee
  4. 1/2 cupSugar or according to taste
  5. 1/2 teaspoonCardamom powder

    Heat ghee on a pan and roast the gram flour and semolina till it's colour changes and good aroma comes out.

    Now add 4 cups of water and stir it continuously.

    When it becomes thick and leaves the side of the vessel, then add sugar and cardamom powder to it.

    Cook till it becomes thick and leaves the side of the vessel.

    At last garnish it with dry fruits.

  6. 6

    Halwa is ready, serve hot.
