  1. 1 cupsooji
  2. 2 cupboiled water
  3. Desi Ghee - according to taste or half cup
  4. Sugar or Shakar - according to taste or half cup
  5. Dry fruits - raisns, almonds and coconut

Cooking Instructions

    Roast sooji in Desi Ghee till a sweet smell comes from it.

    Put sugar in it and keep stirring

  3. 3

    Put boiled water in it and keep stirring till the ghee comes out

  4. 4

    Then put all the dry fruits and your sooji halwa is ready🙂
