Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchthotakura
  2. 1onion
  3. 4-5green chillies
  4. 4-5garlic cloves
  5. Handfulcurry leaves
  6. Handfulcoriander leaves
  7. 1 tablespoonajwain
  8. Pinchturmeric
  9. Pinchcooking soda
  10. 2 cupschana Dal
  11. 2 tablespoons rice
  12. as requiredOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Soak chana Dal and rice for overnight

  2. 2

    Take leafy vegetable, onion and slice it.

  3. 3

    Grind chana Dal and rice.

  4. 4

    Grind chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves, garlic and add it into the batter.

  5. 5

    Mix it. While mixing add leafy vegetable, onion, ajwain, turmeric, salt.

    Shape into round.

    Deep fry in oil

  8. 8

    Take it into a plate and serve hot.
