Steps

Cut and mix all vegetables, except kombu. Place half on a baking sheet and bake, at 425° for 10 mins, or until browned.

Add all vegetables together in a Stock Pot. Add Water, kombu, coconut oil, nutritional yeast and bouquet garni.

Bring to a boil, then lower heat, cover and simmer for 1-2 hours.
