  1. Bones, Whole Roasted Chicken
  2. 2Yellow Onions, big dice,
  3. 4 stalksCelery, big dice,
  4. 1-2Carrots, big dice,
  5. clovesGarlic, 2
  6. 1 galWater,
  7. 3 tbspChicken base,
  8. Bouquet garni

Cooking Instructions

2 hours
  1. 1

    Put bones and scraps in Stock Pot with onions, celery, carrots, garlic.

  2. 2

    Add water, chicken stock, and bouquet garni.

  3. 3

    Bring to boil, lower heat, cover, and simmer for 1-2 hours.
