Ingredients

  1. 一块鸡胸肉
  2. 一勺生抽
  3. 一勺料酒
  4. 适量胡椒粉
  5. 一小勺盐
  6. 半小勺鸡精
  7. 两个鸡蛋
  8. 适量淀粉面包糠

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    鸡胸肉提前解冻切成小块放入碗中,加入一勺生抽,一勺料酒适量胡椒粉,一小勺盐,半小勺鸡精搅拌均匀腌制20分钟,两个鸡蛋打散备用。

    鸡丁先裹一层淀粉,再裹一层鸡蛋液,最后裹一层面包糠

    锅中油温六七成热(筷子放入锅中冒泡泡)放入鸡丁炸三四分钟捞出,油温升热后继续复炸一分钟即可。
