First, add oil to pan and fry onion chopped once it’s turning brown add tomato chopped give it a minute.

Then add red chilli powder and turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste keep it on low flame mix everything well.

Then add dal mash to it and add capsicum add water accordingly.

Give it one or two pressure cooker whistles.

Let it cool down open the lid add check dal boiled consistency it’s good enough not hard not soft medium as it’s a dry curry.

Lastly, add salt coriander leaves Kasuri methi and garam masala powder optional.

Done serve hot with chapati.
