Presenting healthy Steamed Poha veggie bites.These bites are tasty as well as healthy and can be relished as snack.
Steps

Take poha and wash very nicely and drain the water completely in a sieve. Put curd in it. Mix well and keep aside for 5-7 minutes.

Crumble poha with hands and add Gram flour in it and mix well. Take chopped vegetables, green chillies and mix them in poha mix.

Add spices- Turmeric powder, pepper powder, chat masala, salt, red chilli powder. Mix well.

Mix well and form a dough. Gram flour can be added if you find the dough a little wet. Grease katoris and put the dough evenly in Katoris.

Boil water in a steamer. Place the Katoris in steamer. Sprinkle little red chilli powder on top(optional).Steam for about 10-12 minutes on low flame. You can check by inserting a knife.

Take out the Katoris from steamer and demould the rings from Katori after 5 minutes.Be careful while demoulding.Demould using knife.

These steamed bites can be relished as such with any chutney or can be shallow fried and enjoyed.
