Ingredients

  • 1 tinoil tuna
  • 1 tablespoonred curry paste
  • 1 tablespoontapioca powder
  • 8Citrus hystrix
  • 1egg
  • 5green beans
  • 1/2 teaspoonsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Drain oil then squeeze a little.

    Cut green beans and citrus hystrix.

    Put tuna, red curry paste, tapioca powder and sugar in food processor and mix. Then add egg and green beans, citrus hystrix.

    Mix with hand. And fry in vegetable oil till good brown.

Ahh this is such a lovely story from this recipe! I think it similar to Tord Mon dish which make from fresh white fish add red curry paste and green beans in. Make me hungry 😋
