Steps

First mash the potato than put the oil on pan and add jeera, coriander, red chilli powder,haldi and cook for 40 sec. Than mash aloo and fresh coriander, onion,green chilli and mix well.

Than put the filling in samosa sheet and close it.heat the oil on medium flame than put the samosa in the oil a the frief untill golden brown. Than serve with green a the red sauce.
