Ingredients

4 (2 slices ea)
  1. 2 lbGround Sausage
  2. 4-6 oz.Mushrooms
  3. 1/2Red Onion, roughly diced
  4. 2 lbshredded Mozzarella
  5. slicesPepperoni
  6. Baby Arugula
  7. Pink Himalayan Salt
  8. Ground Black Pepper
  9. Pizza Sauce side
  10. Stewed Tomatoes
  11. Fresh Basil
  12. Dried Oregano
  13. 1 tsp.Minced Garlic
  14. Pink Himalayan Salt
  15. Ground Black Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Line large deep frying pan with sausage, approx 1/4 in. Thicker on the edge. Season.

  2. 2

    Add Mushrooms and Red Onion on top of the Sausage and broil for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    In small sauce pot heat and season with remaining spices, Stewed Tomatoes

  4. 4

    Remove pan and load on Shredded Mozzarella, and add Pepperoni Slices. Broil until golden and bubbly.

  5. 5

    Garnish with Baby Arugula

  6. 6
