Steps

Take a grinding jar add grapes. Grind it into smooth. Strain it and get smooth pulp juice. Taste it so will come to know the sweetness of grapes. On that add sugar.

Now take a pan / kadhai on low flame add sugar, water get it dissolve.

Add lemon juice so that the sugar doesn't get crystallized. Add fresh green grapes pulp juice.

Mix it and put the flame on high. Get nice boiling once it get half add green food colour. And get boiling.

Get it Thicker. Check it by dropping the drops in plate. If drop doesn't spread. Jam is done. Off the gas and mix it again and fill it in glass jar. Keep a side so that it get cool.

Jam is ready. Apply it on bread, Parathas etc.
