Steps

Place a tawa on a stove.

Knead a soft dough.

Now make two small balls of flour

This is the mashed potatoes sauted in onion green chillies and salt.

Now put a generous amount of potatoes in 1 ball

Covered with another dough ball.

Now roll it with the help of rolling pin just like we rolls for roti

Now toast it on tawa till get desired result

Paratha is ready to eat.
