In a pan heat oil and butter after add pinch of hing and chopped onions whole red chilli bay leaf and whole Cardamon sauté until onion is turned golden brown

Once the onion is golden brown add garlic ginger chilli paste sauté few minutes after add all dry masala along with kitchen king masala and sauté few minutes after add tomato purée mix well and add cashew paste and little water mix well and boil few seconds

Now add boiled corn and capsicum salt and mix well add water as per your choice of gravy thickness add kasoori methi and cook for minute

Your corn capsicum masala is ready garnish with coriander leaves grated paneer or cheese serve with roti or naan
