Spaghetti with Creamy Cheese and Ham Sauce

Boil water, add a little seasoning, and cook the spaghetti. Once cooked, rinse with cold water to make the noodles firmer. Mix with a little butter or cooking oil to make the noodles shiny and prevent sticking.

Chop the ham, sausage, mushrooms, and onion finely.

Crack an egg and mix it with the Laughing Cow cheese. Mash the cheese until smooth.

Add a little butter or cooking oil to a pan. Sauté the onion until fragrant, then add seasoning and other ingredients, stirring well. Add the whipping cream, milk, and egg cheese sauce, keeping the heat medium and stirring constantly until the ingredients are golden brown.

Keep the pan on the heat, add the spaghetti, and mix well with the sauce. Serve on a plate and enjoy.
