Ingredients

  1. 100 gmsmint (pudina) leaves
  2. 50 gmscoriander leaves
  3. 4green chillies
  4. 1 " piece ginger
  5. 1small capsicum
  6. 2 tbspspoon peanuts
  7. 1lemon
  8. To tastesalt
  9. 1 tspcumin seeds
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    Wash, peel and chop mint and coriander leaves. Wash and chop ginger, green chilli and capsicum.

    Capsicum is added to give it a bright green colour and it gives a unique taste with peanuts.

    Add all these ingredients in a mixer. Add all dry masalas, peanuts and squeeze a lemon in it and grind to a fine paste. Transfer it in a serving bowl.

    Serve with pakodas or snacks. It can be stored in an airtight container for a week.
