Ingredients

  1. 1 cuphung curd
  2. 2 tbspsemolina
  3. 2 tbspghee
  4. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  5. 1 pinchmace powder
  6. 1/2 tspcadamom powder
  7. 1/2 tsprose water
  8. 1 tbspsaffron milk
  9. 1 tbsppistachios

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan add ghee,put semolina nicely cooked off the flame & continuously stir.Than add hung curd & brown sugar stir continuously.

    Than again place on flame,add mace powder,cardamom powder,rosewater& saffron milk stir well.Cooked till it's becomes dry.

    Whenever nicely cooked,garnish with rose petal & pistachio serve it.
