Potato jackfruit masala
Cooking Instructions

Peel and cut potatoes and jackfruit. Wash them and boil for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in wok then add potatoes and jackfruit. Fry till golden brown. Add salt. And 3 cut onions.
- 3
Grind all the spices including onions. Put masala into the fried vegetables.
- 4
Fry till oil separates. Add water and cook for another 25 mins.
